Home Watch Services

Our Home Watch services consist of visual inspections of readily accessible areas of a property for obvious signs of damage, malfunction, or irregularity while the homeowner is away. Home Watch is not a home inspection, engineering evaluation, code compliance inspection, or guarantee against future loss or damage.

Our inspections are limited to observable conditions at the time of each scheduled visit. Hidden defects, latent conditions, or issues that develop between visits may not be detected.

No Warranty or Guarantee

Although we exercise reasonable care and professionalism during every visit, we do not guarantee that all problems will be discovered or prevented. Property owners remain responsible for maintaining appropriate homeowners, flood, windstorm, and other applicable insurance coverage.

Independent Contractors

When requested by a client, we may coordinate with licensed contractors, service providers, or other professionals. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, these individuals and companies are independent businesses and are not employees or agents of our company. We are not responsible for their work, pricing, schedules, or warranties.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our liability arising from the use of this website or our Home Watch services shall be limited as provided in the applicable Home Watch Service Agreement executed with each client. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of use, rental income, business interruption, or diminution in property value.
